Abstract

Способ производства жидкого углеводородного продукта из водорода и окиси углерода, согласно которому: устанавливают реакционный сосуд, содержащий шлам из макрочастиц катализатора Фишера-Тропша в жидкой среде, содержащей углеводород, при этом частицы катализатора имеют диапазон размеров, при котором не более чем приблизительно 10 вес.% частиц катализатора имеют размер в пределах верхнего диапазона размера частиц от крупного до максимального размера, подают водород и окись углерода в реакционный сосуд, обеспечивают в реакционном сосуде условия реагирования, необходимые для конверсии водорода и окиси углерода в жидкий углеводородный продукт по реакции Фишера-Тропша, поддерживают такие условия перемешивания в реакционном сосуде, которые достаточны для создания циркуляции во всем реакционном сосуде, включая путь течения шлама вверх и путь течения шлама вниз, при этом скорость движения вверх шлама в пути течения шлама вверх превышает приблизительно более чем на 75% среднюю скорость движения вниз частиц катализатора верхнего диапазона размера частиц согласно измерению в условиях беспрепятственного осаждения в неподвижной жидкой среде, при этом реакционный сосуд, по существу, не имеет застойных зон, в которых частицы катализатора осаждаются из шлама, выводят из реакционного сосуда поток жидкости, содержащий жидкий углеводородный продукт, и выводят из реакционного сосуда отходящий поток газа, содержащий метан и также непрореагировавшие водород и окись углерода.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
