LA INVENCION SE REFIERE AL DECAPADO DE PRODUCTOS A BASE DE UNA ALEACION METALICA QUE CONTIENE HIERRO, Y A PRODUCTOS DE TITANIO Y ALEACIONES DEL MISMO, EN AUSENCIA DE ACIDO NITRICO COMO AGENTE OXIDANTE. DICHO PROCEDIMIENTO ESTA DESTINADO ASIMISMO A LA RECUPERACION DE SOLUCIONES AGOTADAS, Y SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE LA RECUPERACION DE LAS SOLUCIONES AGOTADAS DERIVADAS DEL DECAPADO COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES FASES: ENVIAR LA SOLUCION DE DECAPADO, COMO CATOLITO Y COMO ANOLITO, A UNA CELULA ELECTROQUIMICA DEL TIPO DE MEMBRANA, PARA SEPARAR LOS IONES FE 2 (O TI 2 ) QUE VAN A SER ELIMINADOS, A PARTIR DE LOS IONES FE SUP,3+ (O TI 3+ ) DESTINADOS A SER RECUPERADOS, OBTENIDOS MEDIANTE REDUCCION EN EL CATOMO DE LOS IONES FE 3+ QUE ESTAN EN EL CATOLITO, A IONES FE 2+ (O DE LOS IONES TI 3+ Y TI 4+ EN IONES TI 2+ ), Y MEDIANTE OXIDACION EN EL ANODO DE IONES FE 2+ O TI 2+ QUE ESTAN EN EL ANOLITO, A FE 3+ (A TI 3+ Y A TI 4+ ); TRATAR LA SOLUCION CATOLITICA QUE SALE DE LA CELULA, ENRIQUECIDA EN IONES FE2+ (O TI 2+ ), PARA PERMITIR LA SEPARACION EN DOS FAS ES, UNA PRIMERA FASE QUE CONTIENE LOS CATIONES METALICOS FE SUP,2+ , CR 3+ , NI 2+ (O TI 2+ ) QUE SE QUIEREN ELI MINAR Y UNA SEGUNDA FASE LIQUIDA DESPROVISTA DE DICHOS CATIONES METALICOS, QUE SE REENVIA AL BAÑO DE DECAPADO; Y ENVIAR LA SOLUCION DE ANOLITO QUE SALE DE LA CELULA Y ENRIQUECIDA EN IONES FE 3+ (O TI 3+ Y TI 4+ ), AL BAÑO DE DECAPADO.
