EL MEDIO DE CULTIVO CONTIENE FUENTES DE CARBONO ASIMILABLES, FUENTES DE NITROGENO DIGERIBLES, SALES INORGANICAS, Y OTROS NUTRIENTES NECESARIOS PARA EL CRECIMIENTO DEL MICROORGANISMO, ADEMAS CONTIENE PREFERIBLEMENTE PIRUVATO, D-GLICERALDEHIDO, GLICOLALDEHIDO, GLICINA, 1-DESOXI-D-TREO-PENTULOSA, 4-HIDROXI-LTREONINA, O UNA MEZCLA DE LOS MISMOS.
