Esta caja, aplicable al servicio centralizado de dispositivos eléctricos o electromecánicos del automóvil, comprende una carcasa (1) que alberga al menos una etapa de potencia y una etapa de señal incorporadas en unas placas de circuito impreso (53, 54) con un substrato laminar dieléctrico (53a, 54a) y pistas electroconductoras (53b, 54b) y una pluralidad de componentes (55) conectados a dichas pistas por soldadura en donde: el substrato dieléctrico (53a, 54a) es de un material libre de sustancias halogenadas; las soldaduras comprenden un material de aportación libre de plomo; y los componentes(55) están interacoplados operativamente de modo que cada uno asume múltiples funciones.
