Abstract

Válvula de doble asiento con aseguramiento contra fugas, especialmente para la industria alimentária y de bebidas, que presenta en su cuerpo dos platos de válvula (6, 7) que interaccionan entre sí, que limitan una cámara hueca de fugas (10), que desemboca al aire libre mediante conducciones (11), habiéndose previsto para el accionamiento de ambos platos de válvula (6, 7) un accionamiento común que contiene un cilindro (17) con un émbolo de trabajo (18) cargado por ambos lados con un primer resorte y un segundo resorte de compresión (29, 22), el cual está unido fijamente con el vástago de la válvula (13) del plato de válvula inferior (7), atravesando este vástago de válvula (13), telescópicamente el plato de válvula superior (6) y su vástago tubular (14), el vástago a su vez con su extremo superior sobresale del cilindro (17) y allí lleva un contrasoporte (28) para el muelle de compresión inferior (29), que aprieta elplato de válvula superior (6) en su asiento (8), así como en el cilindro (17) está dispuesto un segundo émbolo de trabajo (36) debajo del primer émbolo de trabajo (18), que actúa móvil sobre el vástago tubular, y por encima del primer émbolo de trabajo está dispuesto un tercer émbolo de trabajo (30), que actúa sobre el plato inferior de la válvula, caracterizada por hecho de que el primer resorte (22) se apoya directamente en el tercer émbolo (30).
