Abstract
Se describe un circuito (1) para controlar la tensión de funcionamiento (V) aplicada al solenoide (W) de un electroimán (E) asociado con un motor de arranque eléctrico (SM) de un motor de combustión interna de un vehículo a motor. Este dispositivo de control comprende: un generador de tensión (6) selectivamente accionable para suministrar una primera tensión predeterminada de referencia (V{sub,R}) que se corresponde con la velocidad de desplazamiento deseada (V) del núcleo móvil (C) acoplado con el solenoide (W) y una segunda tensión de referencia (V{sub,R}) de menor valor que la primera; un sensor (R{sh}) accionable para suministrar una señal indicativa de la corriente (I) que fluye en el solenoide (W); un amplificación (9) que tiene una ganancia variable (H) con su salida conectada a este sensor (R{sub, sh}); y un dispositivo sumador (7) con una primera y una segunda entradas conectadas al generador (6) y a la salida del amplificador (9), respectivamente, y que tiene una salida conectadaal solenoide (W). Un circuito de control y calibración (10) controla el generador (6) cuando se activa el dispositivo de control (1), inicialmente para generar una baja tensión de referencia (V{sub,R}) y luego para suministrar al amplificador (9) una señal de forma que su ganancia (H) se incremente hasta que la tensión aplicada al solenoide (W) alcance un valor máximo predeterminado, y las señal en la salida del amplificador (9) se corresponda con la caída de tensión a través de la resistencia (R) del solenoide (W); finalmente mantiene la ganancia (H) del amplificador en este valor y controla el generador (6) para generar la primera tensión de referencia (V{sub,R}).
