Abstract

Anillo de control neumático aplicable a máquinas retorcedoras de anillos, máquinas continuas de hilar anillos y máquinas retorcedoras de doble torsión, consistente en un anillo cilíndrico hueco de material sinterizado que es lubricado por una mezcla de aire comprimido y lubricante, procedente de un mezclador externo, que se introduce en una cámara interna de anillo y pasa a través de los poros del mismo originando un reparto homogéneo de dicha mezcla, la cual lubrica la zona de contacto anillo-cursor; además, debido a la presión del aire se crea un colchón de aire entre hilo y anillo reduciéndose considerablemente el rozamiento y evitándose el pelado del hilo pudiendo así procesarse éste a velocidades de giro del balón mayores; el anillo tiene capacidad de movimiento vertical y puede situarse a la distancia idónea entre el guía-hilos y la bobina para el adecuado control del balón en cada momento.
