Abstract

Recipiente de cocción, con un depósito (1) previsto para la recepción de los productos a cocer, que presenta un borde circundante (2) en ángulo hacia el exterior, y con una tapa (3), la cual se coloca encima y presenta un borde (4) circundante en ángulo hacia el exterior, en donde la tapa (3) colocada encima del depósito (1) puede cerrar el depósito de forma hermética (1) a la presión mediante un mecanismo de cierre que actúa sobre el borde del depósito (2) y el borde de la tapa (4), presentando el mecanismo de cierre un aro de cierre (6) rígido con sección de perfil en C abierta en dirección radial hacia el interior que se extiende casi por toda la circunferencia del depósito (2), es esencialmente indeformable en su altura, pero elásticamente deformable en la dirección de apertura radial, y se puede conducir, mediante un mecanismo de accionamiento (7) dispuesto en la tapa (3), desde una posición de apertura con diámetro mayor, en la que el borde del depósito (2) queda suelto de una patilla inferior (8) del aro de cierre (6) de modo que se puede retirar la tapa (3) del depósito (1), a una posición de cierre con diámetro menor, en la cual el borde del depósito (2) y el borde de la tapa (3) quedan apretados uno contra otro con interposición de una junta anular (5) entre la patilla inferior (8), preferentemente más corta y una patilla superior (9), preferentemente más larga, del aro de cierre (6), caracterizado porque o bien las patillas (8, 9) circundantes del aro de cierre (6) están provistas de hendiduras (10) radiales abiertas hacia el borde interno de dichas patillas, repartidas sobre la circunferencia, y de longitud y anchura predeterminadas, o bien las patillas (8, 9) están formadas por secciones de perfil en C (6¿) cortas en el sentido de la circunferencia y dispuestas sobre un elemento de unión (11¿) en forma de aro, circundante exteriormente en dirección radial dejando libres espacios intermedios (10¿) repartidos por la circunferencia.
