Abstract

Mejoras introducidas en la patente de invención número 9401934, procedimiento de depuración y aprovechamiento de residuos líquidos (alpechines) y sólidos (orujos) producidos en una almazara para su aprovechamiento integral. El Alpechín se somete a una serie de procesos: separación acelerada de sólidos (Fig 1 ref. 3), el líquido (Fig 1 ref. i) se pasa al acondicionamiento de líquidos (Fig 1 ref. 7) para la preparación de abonos líquidos (Fig 1 ref. 10), otra utilidad es el riego (Fig 1 ref. a), o al proceso de destilación a vacío (Fig 1 ref. 9 y 12) obteniéndose agua caliente (Fig 1 ref. ñ) para la calefacción de la almazara (Fig 1 ref. 2) y agua condensada, el líquido concentrado (Fig 1 ref. o) se utiliza para la fabricación de piensos y/o extracción de polifenoles, azucares; El motor térmico de combustión interna (Fig 1 ref. 5) se utiliza para producir energía eléctrica (Fig 1 ref. r) y energía calorífica (Fig 1 ref. j). Los sólidos del alpechín (Fig 1 ref. k) mezclados con el orujo (Fig 1ref. f) deshuesado o sin deshuesar se acondicionan (Fig 1 ref. 8) para la recuperación física de aceite (Fig 1 ref. 11), obteniéndose aceite (Fig 1 ref. d) y sólidos (Fig 1 ref. q) que se utilizan en la planta de compostaje (Fig 1 ref. 13) o se utilizan para la fabricación de piensos (Fig 1 ref. 14).
