Abstract

Lecho de agujas metálico para máquinas de género de punto, mecanizable con elevada exactitud, presenta elevadas dureza, resistencia al desgaste y durabilidad excelente, posibilita cambios parciales y es ventajoso económicamente. Se trata de un lecho metálico provisto en una superficie de una pluralidad de ranuras de deslizamiento de aguja paralelas para soportar agujas. Varias placas de agujas cortas están fijadas practicablemente con capacidad de extracción/ensamblaje sucesivos, en la superficie superior de un elemento de soporte y refuerzo que presenta una longitud substancialmente igual a la deseada del lecho. Las placas de agujas cortas llevan muchas ranuras de deslizamiento en su superficie, producen, unidas en la dirección longitudinal, una dimensión deseada del lecho, y están formadas con una superficie de sección decreciente cuyo grosor disminuye gradualmente hacia una parte marginal en una superficie posterior en un lado en el cual sobresale/se retrae la parte formadora de malla deuna aguja.
