Abstract

Aparato y procedimientos para reemplazar una caja en t/manguito térmico de rociado del núcleo en un reactor nuclear. Un ensamblaje (16) de caja en T/manguito térmico que reemplaza una caja en T/manguito térmico (54, 56) dañados en una tobera de rociado del núcleo de un reactor nuclear. Para reemplazar las piezas, la caja en T (54) y una parte del manguito térmico existente (56) son retirados desde una localización dentro de la pared de la vasija del reactor. El collar de apriete (38) tiene unos dedos (40) proyectados axialmente con unas pestañas radiales (44) para engancharse en el surco (36) y formar una conexión mecánica entre el manguito térmico remanente y la caja en T/manguito térmico de reemplazo. Una arandela de muelle Belleville (34) está interpuesta entre el ensamblaje y el manguito térmico remanente (20) para situar ambas piezas en compresión. Un manguito de retención (46) está roscado dentro del manguito térmico de reemplazo para bloquear los dedos y evitar su movimiento radial.Unos bloques (62) de cuña ajustables están montados alrededor de la caja en T/manguito térmico de reemplazo para alinear axialmente el ensamblaje de reemplazo con el manguito térmico remanente.
