Abstract

Envase de comida preparada para servir, con una parte de base esencialmente en forma de bandeja, cuya pared lateral circundante se desvía desde un fondo esencialmente plano hacia su canto superior hacia fuera y allí pasa a una pestaña marginal circundante, paralela al fondo, esencialmente plana, que se proyecta hacia fuera, con una comida preparada para servir rellena en la parte de base, que presenta al menos dos componentes de diferente consistencia, con preferencia prefermentada y ultracongelada después de llenar la comida preparada para servir en la parte de base y con una lámina de sellado sellada sobre la pestaña marginal después del llenado de la comida preparada para servir, caracterizado porque la parte de base (10) está fabricada a partir de material que puede ser atravesado por la energía de microondas, cuyo coeficiente de dilatación térmica en el intervalo de temperaturas entre menos 20ºC y temperatura ambiente es inferior al de la comida preparada para servir; porque la pestaña marginal (16) está configurada deformable de forma flexible, de tal manera que después de la retirada de la lámina de sellado (24) se puede aproximar de una manera relativamente hermética a una superficie opuesta circundante esencialmente paralela a la pestaña marginal (16), tal como el borde de un plato (26) o similar; porque entre el nivel alejado del fondo (2) de la comida preparada para servir (18, 20, 22) y la superficie interior de la lámina de sellado (24) dirigida hacia el fondo (12) se ha dejado libre un espacio funcional (25); y porque los componentes (18, 20, 22) de la comida preparada para servir están rellenos en la parte de base (10) en una disposición de capas verticales con respecto al fondo (12), de tal forma que las capas individuales tienen una secuencia que es opuesta a la secuencia pretendida de los componentes individuales durante el consumo.
