Abstract

Este sistema de señalización luminosa para barrera de paso a nivel, es un dispositivo que montado sobre la barrera (1) de un accionamiento de control de paso para vehículos, alerta a los conductores de que ésta se encuentra bajada mediante la iluminación secuencial o intermitente de una serie de grupos de diodos LED''s (2) que quedan situados a lo largo de la pluma de la barrera alimentados generalmente mediante panel solar (7) con batería de reserva (6), aunque el sistema admite otras posibilidades de alimentación de energía (9). El sistema se activa automáticamente cuando la barrera se aproxima a su posición horizontal (barrera bajada), siendo de fácil instalación. Esta invención tiene aplicación en sistemas de protección de cruces de paso a nivel ferroviarios con barreras, así como en cualquier sistema de control de paso de vehículos mediante barreras, como pueden ser acceso a parkings, peajes, recintos, industrias, etc.
