Abstract
Mecanismo de transmisión de potencia que utiliza correas de transmisión metálicas. El mecanismo comprende una polea conductora con una primera y una segunda semipoleas conductoras capaces de avanzar y de retroceder en una dirección axial de un eje conductor, una polea conducida con una primera y una segunda semipoleas conducidas capaces de avanzar y de retroceder a lo largo del eje conducido, y por lo menos dos correas metálicas capaces de circular alrededor de las partes de guiado de las correas de la polea conductora y de la polea conducida sin interferencia, estando formada cada una de las partes de guiado de las correas por una superficie inclinada que tiene una curvatura predeterminada, de modo tal que las velocidades angulares de todas las correas puedan ser idénticas a una relación arbitraria de velocidades entre la polea conductora y la polea conducida.
