BELOW, THE BAND CAN SUBMIT STILL RESIDUAL AMOUNTS OF STRONG ADHERED INCRUSTATION (11). SUCH INCRUSTATION, IS ACTIVATED THROUGH A SOLUTION, CONTAINING THE INORGANIC ACID AND PEROXIDE OF HYDROGEN, APPLIED TO SUCH BAND THROUGH, FOR EXAMPLE, A SPRAY TOWEL (16), THAT EXTENDS TRANSVERSALLY THROUGH AND SITUATED ABOVE THE SAME, AND ANOTHER SPRAY TOWER (18), WHICH EXTENDS TRANSVERSALLY, THROUGH THE TOTALITY OF THE BAND AND SITUATED BELOW THE SAME. IT MAY BE DESIRABLE TO PASS THE BAND ACTIVATED AGAIN, THROUGH THE HOT INORGANIC ACID AND REACTIVATE SUCH BAND AT VERY ELEVATED PRODUCTION SPEEDS, TO ENSURE THE COMPLETE ELIMINATION OF THE INCRUSTATION. THE HYDROGEN PEROXIDE THAT DROPS FROM THE BAND, COLLECTS IN A COLLECTION TANK (30) AND IS FLOWED INSIDE A TANK (28). PREFERIBLY, THE CONSUMED AND COLLECTED WATER SOLUTION, CONTAINING THE INORGANIC ACID AND THE PEROXIDE OF WASTE HYDROGEN, IS DISTRIBUTED IN THE TANKS OF DECAPING. SUCH A WATER SOLUTION, CONTRIBUTES TO THE ELIMINATION OF ANY RESIDUAL INCRUSTATION OR RESIDUAL STAIN ON THE BAND, IMPROVING THE CLEANING OF THE DECAPED BAND.
