LA FIJACION OCURRE EN O A TRAVES DE LA ZONA DE CONTACTO ENTRE LOS LIQUIDOS, Y EL GRADO DE ASOCIACION DEL ANALITO CON SU ADITIVO PARA LA FIJACION DEPENDE MAS DE LA RELACION DE CONCENTRACION QUE DE LAS CANTIDADES ABSOLUTAS. EL GRADO DE ASOCIACION SE PUEDE DETERMINAR Y USAR PARA FIJAR LA PRESENCIA Y/O CONCENTRACION DEL ANALITO EN DICHA MUESTRA.
