Abstract

Procedimiento y catalizadores para la obtención de compuestos carbonílicos {al}-{be}-insaturados de interés en la industria de perfumes y aromas. En la presente invención se describe la preparación de compuestos carbonílicos {al}-{be}-insaturados. Concretamente cetonas a,{be}-insaturadas de estructura I y aldehidos de estructura II (ESQUEMA 1) a través de la condensación aldólica mixta entre un alquil ó alquenilaldehido y un aldehido o cetona utilizando catalizadores heterogéneos con características básicas. Los compuestos carbonílicos obtenidos poseen aroma y pueden ser utilizados directamente como esencias o son precursores de esencias de uso común en perfumería
