Abstract
Elemento textil de fibras que contienen silicio y procedimiento para mejorar su estabilidad térmica. El elemento textil se caracteriza por el hecho de que está recubierto de una emulsión de silicona. El procedimiento se caracteriza por el hecho de que comprende las etapas de: - impregnación de dicho elemento textil con una emulsión de silicona; y - curado del elemento textil impregnado a una temperatura y durante un periodo de tiempo predeterminados. El procedimiento también puede comprender una etapa de limpieza del elemento textil antes de su impregnación, realizándose dicha limpieza a una temperatura y durante un periodo de tiempo predeterminados. Se consigue un elemento textil con una gran resistencia al desgaste.
