Abstract

본 발명은 전자레인지 오븐캐비티 보호장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 히터의 열이 분체도장 처리된 철판등과 같이 열에 약한 재질로 형성된 오븐캐비티에 전달되는 것을 방지하여 오븐 캐비티가 변형되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 것으로서, 히터에서 발생된 열에 의하여 오븐캐비티가 변색되거나 도장면이 녹아내리는 것을 방지 할 수 있도록 오븐캐비티에 히터열이 전달되는 것을 방지하는 히터커버와, 히터커버와 오븐캐비티 사이의 간격을 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 히터커버와 오븐캐비티에 형성되어진 함입부에 각각 형성된 들부와, 상기 오븐캐비티에 형성된 함입부의 돌부에 히터커버의 돌부를 대고 리벳으로 고정한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 히터에서 발생된 열에 의하여 오븐캐비티과 변색되거나 도장면이 녹아 내리는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 오븐캐비티에 히터열이 전달되는 것을 방지하는 히터커버와, 상기 히터커버를 오븐캐비티에 고정하는 고정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지 오븐캐비티의 보호장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 히터커버는 히터에서 발생된 열이 사방으로 퍼지는 것을 방지하기 위하여 주연을 절곡한 절곡부와, 상기 히터가 일단이 오븐캐비티에 고정된 상태에서 히터의 타단을 히터커버에 고정하는 히터 고정수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지 오븐캐비티의 보호장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 히터커버는 법랑재질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지 오븐캐비티의 보호장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 히터고정수단은 히터가 걸리는 걸림홈이 형성된 행거와, 상기 행거에 형성된 넥크가 삽입되도록 히터커버에 형성된 삽입홈과, 상기 삽입홈에 삽입된 넥크를 일측으로 이동시켜 빠지지 않도록 형성된 좁은 삽입홈을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지 오븐캐비티의 보호장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 고정수단은 히터커버와 오븐캐비티 사이의 간격을 일정하게 유지할 수 있도록 히터커버와 오븐캐비티에 형성되어진 함입부에 각각 형성된 돌부와, 상기 오븐캐비티에 형성된 함입부의 돌부에 히터커버의 돌부를 대로 리벳으로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지 오븐캐비티의 보호장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 오븐캐비티와 히터커버 사이로 팬에 의하여 바람을 불어넣어 히터커버의 상부면이 뜨거워지는 것을 방지하는 공기안내구를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자레인지 오븐캐비티의 보호장치.
