Abstract
Nuevo método para desalinizar agua de mar. El objeto de la invención es la desalinización del agua de mar. El procedimiento es el siguiente (ver gráfico). El agua de mar entra por (1) y, después de eliminar en (2) el aire que contiene, pasa al depósito A donde se enfría. La bomba M lleva el agua al tanque T donde, por medio del evaporador-compresor C, una parte se vaporiza y comprime pasando al depósito D como vapor de agua a mayor presión y temperatura. El calor para la vaporización lo toma de la disolución salina, por lo que el agua se congela en parte. El agua no congelada sale por (4) a enfriar el agua en A (vuelto a llenar) y se desecha. El vapor en D pasa por (5) a fundir el hielo, que sale por (6). Este agua se termina de desalinizar por ósmosis inversa.
