Abstract

Freno dinamométrico de fricción para uso en bancos de potencia que se caracteriza porque un ordenador controla los elementos actuadores y los elementos de medida durante los ensayos, de duración limitada. El freno comprende un disco móvil, unido al eje motor y preferentemente perforado para su refrigeración, sobre el que se deslizan unos elementos rígidos fijos creando, por rozamiento, un par resistente que es medido por una célula de carga. Dichos elementos rígidos son accionados contra el disco móvil por un fuelle que recibe presión a través de una válvula controlada por el ordenador.
