Abstract
Freno dinamométrico de fricción para uso en bancos de medida de potencia de motores que se caracteriza porque un ordenador controla los elementos actuadores y los elementos de medida durante ensayos de duración limitada. El freno comprende un disco móvil, unido al eje motor y preferentemente perforado para su refrigeración, sobre el que deslizan dos elementos rígidos fijos creando, por rozamiento, un par resistente que es medido mediante una célula de carga. Dichos elementos rígidos son accionados contra el disco móvil por un fuelle que recibe aire a presión a través de una válvula controlada por el ordenador.
Claims
1. Brake dyñamómeter for measure of po er combustión engines, compriεing a brake disk, brake shoes, a system of measuring of the speed of the disk, a system of measuring of the braking torque, a εystem of regulation of the pressure of brake shoes on the disk controlled from a computer, means that the duration of the trial is limited for the heating of the braking elements.
