Abstract
Conducto termoaislante reductor de ruido. Un conducto termoaislante reductor de ruido incluye: una capa interna formada enrollando en espiral una cinta fibrosa plana y uniendo integralmente caras circunferencias externas de partes adyacentes unidas de la cinta con cintas de refuerzo de resina para formar por ello una forma cilíndrica sustancialmente lisa; uno o varios cuerpos lineales de resina enrollados en espiral entre dichas cintas contiguas de refuerzo de resina y unidos a la cinta fibrosa; una capa de espuma de alvéolos abiertos formada enrollando en espiral una cinta de resina de espuma de alvéolos abiertos sobre una cara circunferencias externa de la capa interna, haciendo al mismo tiempo que sus bordes laterales pareados contacten entre sí; una capa de lámina intermedia formada enrollando en espiral una cinta en forma de lámina fina de resina sobre una cara circunferencial externa de la cinta de espuma de alvéolos abiertos, solapando al mismo tiempo parcialmente la cinta en forma de lámina de resina, y uniendo integralmente las partes solapadas; una capa de espuma de alvéolos cerrados formada enrollando en espiral una cinta de resina de espuma de alvéolos cerrados sobre una cara circunferencial externa de la capa de lámina, haciendo al mismo tiempo que sus bordes laterales pareados contacten entre sí; y una capa externa formada enrollando en espiral una cinta en forma de lámina fina de resina sobre una cara circunferencias externa de la capa de espuma de alvéolos cerrados, solapando al mismo tiempo parcialmente la cinta en forma de lámina de resina y uniendo integralmente las partes solapadas. La cinta fibrosa, la cinta de refuerzo de resina, el cuerpo lineal de resina, la cinta de resina de espuma de alvéolos abiertos, la cinta de resina que forma la capa de lámina intermedia, la cinta de resina de espuma de alvéolos cerrados, y la cinta de resina que forma la capa externa, están enrolladas con un paso helicoidal idéntico.
