EL OBJETIVO DE LA INVENCION ES UN MATERIAL COMBUSTIBLE NUCLEAR COMPUESTO, QUE COMPRENDE UNA MATRIZ INERTE BAJO IRRADIACION Y PARTICULAS DE COMBUSTIBLE NUCLEAR, QUE TIENEN UNA BUENA RESISTENCIA A LA PROPAGACION DE LAS FISURAS BAJO IRRADIACION Y UNA RETENCION ELEVADA DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE FISION VOLATILES. ESTE OBJETIVO SE ALCANZA MEDIANTE UN PROCEDIMIENTO QUE PERMITE LA CREACION DE UN JUEGO DE ALGUNOS MICRONES ENTRE LAS PARTICULAS Y LA MATRIZ.
