Abstract
The mushroom-shape fishing buoy incorporating a transmitter includes two different-size inverted cones, and does not require the use of an antenna. It employs the Inmarsat network, and the on-board receiver gives the position, direction and speed factors and the water temperatures. Solar panels recharge the buoy batteries.
