Abstract

Proceso PSA de producción de un gas por separación de una mezcla gaseosa que contiene este gas en al menos una unidad de adsorción que comprende, asociados por pares, en serie en un circuito de producción de dicho gas, un primer lecho (A) de adsorbente de retención de agua y un segundo lecho (B) de adsorbente de separación, que comprende una etapa de producción del gas en la cual la mezcla gaseosa pasa sucesivamente a través del primer lecho y a continuación del segundo lecho, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas siguientes: - facilitar una porción de paso de gas intermedio (5) de pequeña extensión que establece una comunicación directa permanente entre los lechos primero (A) y segundo (B); y - aportara la porción de paso intermedio un ujo de calor para elevar la temperatura de la misma.
