UN METODO PARA ADSORBER Y SEPARAR UN ELEMENTO METALICO PESADO UTILIZANDO UN ADSORBENTE DE TANINO QUE COMPRENDE: (A) AJUSTE DEL PH A UNA SOLUCION QUE CONTIENE UNA PLURALIDAD DE ELEMENTOS METALICOS PESADOS A UN PH PREDETERMINADO; (B) CONTACTO DEL ADSORBENTE CON LA SOLUCION EN LA QUE ESTA AJUSTADO EL PH DEL MISMO; (C) AJUSTE DEL PH DE LA SOLUCION PUESTA EN CONTACTO CON EL ADSORBENTE A UN PH DIFERENTE DEL PH PREDETERMINADO; Y (D) CONTACTO DE LA SOLUCION EN LA QUE ESTA AJUSTADO EL PH DE LA MISMA EN EL PASO (D) CON EL ADSORBENTE PREPARADO EN EL PASO (A).
