Abstract
Procedimiento enzimáico de obtención de (r)-2-hidroxi-4-fenilbutanoato de etilo enantioméricamente puro utilizando biocatalizadores de lipasas inmovilizadas.Consiste en hidrolizar enantioselectivamente con lipasas inmovilizadas, la mezcla racémica (R, S)-2-hidroxi-4-fenilbutanoato de etilo ((R,S)-HPBE) de fórmula (I), obteniéndose (R)-2-hidroxi-4-fenilbutanoato de etilo ((R)-HPBE) de fórmula (II) y ácido (S)-2-hidroxi-4-feniltutanoico de fórmula (III).El compuesto de fórmula (II) es un importante intermedio enla síntesis de inhibidores de la enzima convertidora de laangiotensina. El procedimiento se lleva a cabo en medios acuosos, en condiciones suaves de pH y temperatura y utiliza biocatalizadores de lipasas inmovilizados obtenidos por adsorción de las enzimas, a muy baja fuerza iónica, en soportes hidrofílicos modificados químicamente con una capa densa de grupos hidrofóbicos bien definidos.
