Abstract
METODO DE DRENAJE DE UN TANQUE QUE HA CONTENIDO GAS LIQUIDO Y PLANTA PARA UTILIZAR EN ESTE DRENAJE. DESPUES DE DRENAR LA MAYOR PARTE DEL CONTENIDO DEL TANQUE, PERO MIENTRAS HAY CONTENIDO RESIDUAL DE GAS EN ESTADO DE EVAPORACION EN EL TANQUE, LOS CONTENIDOS RESIDUALES SE TRANSFIEREN PARA INTERCAMBIAR CALOR, DIRECTA O INDIRECTAMENTE, CON NITROGENO FRIO. EL NITROGENO SE EVAPORA Y CALIENTA Y SE TRANSFIERE AL TANQUE, MIENTRAS QUE EL GAS RESIDUAL SE ENFRIA Y CONDENSA Y SE TRANSFIERE A UN TANQUE RECOLECTOR. LA PLANTA COMPRENDE UN SISTEMA DE INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR (4, 8; 30, 39) CONECTADO AL SUMINISTRO (2) DE NITROGENO Y EL GAS RESIDUAL ES FORZADO A DRENARSE DEL TANQUE Y A TRAVES DEL SISTEMA DE INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR (4, 8), CON EL FIN DE PROVOCAR LA EVAPORACION Y CALENTAMIENTO DEL NITROGENO A TRANSFERIR AL TANQUE, DE MODO QUE EL GAS RESIDUAL DEL TANQUE SE CONDENSA, POR LO QUE SE CONECTA UN RECIPIENTE RECOLECTOR (3) PARA RECIBIR EL GAS RESIDUAL CONDENSADO. PARA EVITAR QUE SE CONGELE EL GAS DURANTE EL INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR, SE PUEDE UTILIZAR UN AGENTE REFRIGERADOR QUE PROVOQUE LA EVAPORACION Y CALENTAMIENTO DEL NITROGENO Y QUE SE UTILICE TAMBIEN PARA CONDENSAR EL GAS RESIDUAL, SIN ENFRIAR ESTE ULTIMO POR DEBAJO DE SU PUNTO DE CONGELACION.
