Abstract

Procedimiento para hacer fermentar un líquido en botella y recipiente perforado amovible para su aplicación.Para obtener, por ejemplo, vino de champaña, se utiliza una botella (1) equipada con un recipiente perforado amovible (5) adaptado para retener encerradas bolas (6) en las que estáencapsulado un fermento, extrayéndose de la botella el recipiente perforado (5) y, por lo tanto, las bolas que contiene, cuando se ha completado la fermentación.En el ejemplo de realización descrito, el recipiente perforado (5) es de material plástico moldeado en una pieza y tieneuna parte calada (9) con forma de un dedo de guante y una parte anular (10) proyectada para ajustarse en la boca (3) de la botella (1).(Figura 1).
