LA SONDA POLAROGRAFICA PLANAR TIENE UNA CELDA DE BOMBEO A CON ELECTRODOS INTERNOS Y EXTERNOS DE BOMBEO (11 Y 16) DISPUESTOS SOBRE UN ELECTROLITO SOLIDO (14). EL GAS QUE HA DE SER MEDIDO, PUEDE SER SUMINISTRADO AL ELECTRODO DE BOMBEO INTERNO (16) A TRAVES DE UNA BARRERA DE DIFUSION. LA SONDA TIENE ADEMAS DOS PAREDES LATERALES Y UNA CENTRAL.
