SE PRESENTA UN PROCESO PARA FABRICAR CUERPOS DE EMPAQUETADO DE ESPUMA O HEBRAS DE ESPUMA DE POLIMERO AROMATICO DE ALQUENILO, DE CELDA CERRADA. UN MATERIAL DE POLIMERO AROMATICO DE ALQUENILO SE CALIENTA PARA FORMAR UN MATERIAL DE POLIMERO FUNDIDO. SE INCORPORA UN AGENTE ESPUMANTE EN EL MATERIAL DE POLIMERO FUNDIDO A UNA TEMPERATURA Y UNA PRESION ELEVADAS PARA FORMAR UN GEL ESPUMABLE. EL AGENTE ESPUMANTE TIENE UN 20% DE SU PESO O MAS DE UN PRIMER AGENTE ESPUMANTE SELECCIONADO ENTRE EL GRUPO QUE CONSTA DE DIOXIDO DE CARBONO Y ETANO.
