METODO PARA EVALUAR LA ADECUACION DE MUESTRAS CLINICAS PARA ENSAYOS DE HIBRIDACION Y KIT PARA LLEVAR A CABO LA EVALUACION LA ADECUACION DE LAS MUESTRAS CLINICAS PARA LOS ENSAYOS DE HIBRIDIZACION DEL ACIDO NUCLEICO SE DETERMINA SEGUN UN METODO QUE CONSISTE EN LOS PASOS SIGUIENTES: (A) TOMAR UNA MUESTRA REPRESENTATIVA DE LA MUESTRA; (B) APLICAR LA MUESTRA, SIN UN TRATAMIENTO INTERMEDIO, A UN GEL QUE TENGA DISPERSO DENTRO DE EL UN AGENTE COLORANTE DEL ACIDO NUCLEICO DE MODO QUE EL AGENTE COLORANTE SE ENLACE A LOS ACIDOS NUCLEICOS DE LA MUESTRA PARA PRODUCIR UN PRODUCTO VISUALMENTE DETECTABLE; (C) DETERMINAR VISUALMENTE LA CANTIDAD DE AGENTE COLORANTE ENLAZADO A LA MUESTRA Y COMPARARLA CON EL RESULTADO OBTENIDO DE UNA CONCENTRACION CONOCIDA DE ACIDO DESOXIRRIBONUCLEICO Y DE AGENTE COLORANTE PARA DETERMINAR ASI EL NUMERO APROXIMADO DE CELULAS EN LA MUESTRA.
