PARA EL SECADO DE LAS PLACAS, LAS PLACAS SON GUIADAS SOBRE PISTAS A TRAVES DE UN SECADOR Y APLICADAS EN CONTACTO CON AIRE DE SECADO EN DOS ETAPAS. EN UNA ETAPA A CON UN PODER DE SECADO MAS ALTO, EL AIRE DE SECADO SE SUMINISTRA A UNA TEMPERATURA MAS ALTA Y CON AL MENOS UNA HUMEDAD MEDIA, Y EN LA OTRA ETAPA B, SE SUMINISTRA AIRE A UNA TEMPERATURA MEDIA Y CON UNA HUMEDAD BAJA. EL CALOR RESIDUAL DEL AIRE QUE SALE A PARTIR DE LA ETAPA A SE UTILIZA PARA EL CALENTAMIENTO PREVIO DEL AIRE DE SECADO. ESTE PROCESO DEBE REDUCIR EL CONSUMO DE ENERGIA PRIMARIA.
