Abstract

Horno de esterilizado caracterizado porque en un recipiente paralelepepédico existe una entrada de aire que tiene que atravesar un filtro calentador de aire contituido por tres tubos de chpa perfeccionada concéntricos en cuyo interior va contenido un difusor y una resistencia elástica de calentamiento esta disposición obliga a permanecer el aire en las inmediaciones de estos tubos durante un espacio de tiempo suficientemente largo para que sea calentado saliendo despúes a través de los mismos y ocupando todo el volúmen del horno este dispositivo de calentamieno y filtrado está situado precisamente en el interior de la cámara superior del horno y sobre su parte central presentando un orificio que la comunica con la cámara inferior del horno dos sendos turbo ventiladores que se sitúan en el lado del horno que corresponde a la parte no esterilizada insuflen aire a presión en la cámara inferior o superior rescpectivamente a la salida de cada turbo ventilador está dispuesta una válvula que impide el paso del aire cuando el mismo está parado el turbo ventilador colocado sobre la cámara inferior del horno insufla aire que tiene que entrar en la cámara superior por un orificio practicado al efecto en el dispositivo de calentamiento y filtrado el turbo ventilador que insufla el aire en la cámara superior delhorno funciona solamente cuando está parado el anterior en al a cámara superior delhorno está dispuesta una válvula automática de salida accionada por relá y prevista para la evaluación del aire del horno.
