ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO CONTEMPLA LA MACERACION DEL PRODUCTO ANIMAL O VEGETAL EN UNA MEZCLA DE DISOLVENTES, CON UNA PROPORCION DE FLUIDO SUPERCRITICO INFERIOR AL 50%, A UNA PRESION COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 50 Y 500 BAR., A UNA TEMPERATURA COMPRENDIDA ENTRE 10C Y 80C, DURANTE UN TIEMPO COMPRENDIDO ENTRE 0,5 Y 20 HORAS; SOMETIENDOSE EL PRODUCTO EXTRAIDO A UNA ETAPA DE CONCENTRACION, PARA ELIMINAR EL DISOLVENTE Y RECOGER EL EXTRACTO O RECUPERAR ALGUN COMPONENTE ESPECIFICO DE ESTE MEDIANTE EL ACOPLAMIENTO DE UNA TECNICA DE SEPARACION.
