SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA CONTROLAR Y MEJORAR LOS PROCESOS QUIMICOS INDUSTRIALES PARA LA PRODUCCION DE COLORANTES, ACLARANTES OPTICOS Y SUS PRODUCTOS INTERMEDIOS, QUE SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE MEDIANTE EL ANALISIS DIFERENCIAL DE LOS ESPECTROS DE ABSORCION UV/VIS DE UNO DE LOS COMPUESTOS DE PARTIDA, COMO MINIMO, Y DE UNO DE LOS PRODUCTOS DE LA REACCION, COMO MINIMO, SE CONTROLAN Y MEJORAN LOS PROCESOS DE PRODUCCION CITADOS MAS ARRIBA. LA VENTAJA DE ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO ESTA EN QUE PRACTICAMENTE SE DETERMINA Y ENJUICIA CONTINUAMENTE EL ESTADO PRESENTE EN CADA INSTANTE, PUDIENDO SER UTILIZADO PARA EL CONTROL FEED-BACK O FEED-FORWARD RESPECTIVAMENTE.
