Abstract
UN PROCESO PARA EXTRAER NITROGENO DE GAS NATURAL LICUADO (LNG) UTILIZANDO UN INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR DE REFLUJO DE SUPERFICIE REFORZADA. SE DIRIGE UN FLUJO LNG DE ALTA PRESION RELATIVAMENTE CALIENTE CONTRA CORRIENTE EN EL INTERCAMBIO DE CALOR CON UN FLUJO LNG DE PRESION BAJA Y FRIO PARA ENFRIAR EL FLUJO DE ALTA PRESION Y PARCIALMENTE VAPORIZAR EL DE BAJA PRESION EN EL INTERCAMBIADOR DE CALOR DE REFLUJO. EL VAPOR PRODUCIDO DE ESTA FORMA ELIMINA EL NITROGENO DEL CURSO LNG DE BAJA PRESION. EL FLUJO DE LNG DE BAJA PRESION ENFRIADO SE PRODUCE MEDIANTE LA EXPANSION DEL FLUJO LNG DE ELEVADA PRESION ENFRIADO. EL VAPOR PRODUCIDO POR LA EXPANSION SE COMBINA CON EL VAPOR PRODUCIDO EN EL INTERCAMBIADOR Y SE EXTRAE POR SU PARTE SUPERIOR. EL PRODUCTO LNG SIN NITROGENO SE EXTRAE DE LA PARTE INFERIOR DEL INTERCAMBIADOR.
