EL PROCEDIMIENTO INCLUYE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: A) AL MENOS LAS CAPAS DE METAL DE LAMINA ESTRUCTURADAS SE SUMINISTRAN CON UNA CAPA DELGADA DE UN ACEITE DE LAMINACION, EN TANTO EN CUANTO NO ESTAN DISPONIBLES A PARTIR DEL PROCESO DE PRODUCCION; B) LA CAPA DE ACEITE DE LAMINACION ES TRATADA TERMICAMENTE PARA LA ELIMINACION SENCILLA DE COMPONENTES VOLATILES; C) LAS ZONAS DE LAS CAPAS METALICAS DE LAMINA A SER PROVISTAS CON SOLDADURA SON LLEVADAS EN CONTACTO CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA O UN SURFACTANTE; D) EL CUERPO EN FORMA DE PANAL ELABORADO A PARTIR DE LAS CAPAS METALICAS DE LAMINA SE PONE EN CONTACTO CON EL POLVO DE SOLDADURA, QUE SE ADHIERE A LOS LUGARES DONDE SE ENCUENTRA EL ACEITE DE LAMINACION Y SE UNE CONJUNTAMENTE CON LAS ZONAS QUE TIENEN SURFACTANTE.
