EL INVENTO SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PRODUCIR SOPORTES DE REVESTIMIENTO DEFORMABLES, Y SITUABLES EN EL INTERIOR DEL VEHICULO CON SUPERFICIES PLANAS. EL PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN: DESFIBRAR FIBRAS DE MADERA A TRAVES DE UNA FILTRACION DE PRECONFORMACION; SECAR LA PRECONFORMACION; PRENSAR LA PRECONFORMACION Y ENDURECER LA PRECONFORMACION. SE CARACTERIZA EL INVENTO PORQUE UNA CAPA DE FIBRA FILTRADA CON UN CONTENIDO EN AGUA DEL 20 A 50% EN PESO CON RESPECTO A LA CANTIDAD DE SUSPENSION SE DRENA. DESPUES LA FIBRA DRENADA SE SECA EN UN CAMPO ELECTRICO VARIBALE. A CONTINUACION LA FIBRA SECADA SE MOLDEA POR PRESION CON UNA HERRAMIENTA LIBRE DE TAMICES Y DESPUES SE ENDURECE DICHA FIBRA.
