LA GELATINA SE HIDRATA EN PARTE DEL AGUA A 70G, PARALELAMENTE EL AZUCAR SE DISUELVE EN EL AGUA RESTANTE, A TEMPERATURA DE EBULLICION, SEGUIDAMENTE AL AZUCAR DISUELTA SE AÑADE EL JARABE DE GLUCOSA Y LA GELATINA HIDRATADA, SE DEJA REPOSAR HASTA UNA TEMPERATURA DE 60-65G Y SE AÑADEN ADITIVOS TALES COMO ACIDO CITRICO, COLOR Y AROMA.
