LOS TRANSFECTANTES PRIMARIOS PUEDEN SER TRANSFECTADO EN CELULAS ADICIONALES DE MAMIFEROS NO HUMANOS PARA PRODUCIR TRANSFECTANTES SECUNDARIOS. LA CLORIZACION DE LOS TRANSFECTANTES SECUNDARIOS PLRODUCEN LINEAS DE CELULAS QUE PRESENTAN UNA REPRESENTACION AUMENTADA DE LA PROTEINA RECEPTORA DE SINOVIRUS HUMANO E INMUNOGENES PARA PRODUCIR ANTICUERPOS, SU PARTICULAR ANTICUERPOS NONOCLONALES, CONTRA LA PROTEINA RECEPTORA.
