ANTES DE QUE LA BOBINA SE COLOQUE EN LAS ESTRIAS (6) DEL ESTATOR O ROTOR, LAS ESTRIAS SE OCUPAN CON UN LAMINADO (5) QUE CONTIENE POR LO MENOS UNA CAPA DE UN MATERIAL COMPRIMIBLE ELASTICAMENTE HECHO DE FIBRAS DE AISLAMIENTO ELECTRICO MUY ELASTICAS Y UNA RESINA SINTETICA, CURABLE Y SOLIDIFICADA QUE SIN EMBARGO SE ABLANDA CUANDO SE CALIENTA Y QUE MANTIENE EL MATERIAL FIBROSO COMPRIMIDO. DESPUES DE QUE EL ROTOR O ESTATOR SE HAYA INSERTADO Y LAS ESTRIAS (6) SE HAYAN SELLADO, EL ROTOR O EL ESTATOR SOPORTA UNA IMPREGNACION AL VACIO SEGUIDA POR EL ENDURECIMIENTO EN UN HORNO. DURANTE LA IMPREGNACION, LA RESINA DE IMPREGNACION CALIENTE PENETRA EN LOS POROS DEL LAMINADO EXPANSIBLE ELASTICAMENTE, HACIENDO QUE LA RESINA SINTETICA SE FUNDA. DE ESTE MODO EL MATERIAL FIBROSO SE DILATA ELASTICAMENTE Y RELLENA LOS ESPACIOS ADYACENTES EN LA MUESCA DE MANERA UNIFORME.
