Abstract

Aparato perfeccionado, para la separación de los componentes de un mortero de hormigón acuoso, obtenida de las operaciones de lavado de hormigoneras automotrices en una estación de lavado para una pluralidad de hormigoneras, cuya limpieza se realiza mediante la circulación de agua en dicho aparato y que es alimentada a la cuba rotativa de las hormigoneras y, después, descargada en el aparato para ser purificada, caracterizado por el hecho de que el aparato comprende dos tanques conectados de forma operante en serie, uno con otro, en el primero de los cuales hay instalados medios para separar, en secuencia y para descargar la grava y la piedra machacada, y, después, la arena, mientras que en el segundo.tanque, se han previsto medios, para realizar la separación del elemento del agua mediante decantación de dicho cemento en el fondo, de dicho segundo tanque y medios para recoger y descargar dicho elemento de dicho tanque, consistiendo dichos medios en un transportador sinfín longitudinal, quelleva barras transversales rascadoras instalado en dicho segundo tanque de modo que su inferior se lo largo del fondo de dicho tanque, para recoger y descargar el cemento depositado, habiéndose dispuesto una bomba en la parte posterior de dicho segundo tanque para purificar el agua y alimentarla a través de una serie hasta la estación de lavado, donde dicha agua se distribuye en secuencia en las cubas de las hormigoneras, de donde, se descarga a una canal para llevar dicha agua de lavado al primer tanque en el interior de una primera unidad prevista para separar la grava y la piedra del agua de lavado y elevarlas para ser descargadas, que descarga dicho material fuera del tanque habiéndose dispuesto, asimismo, medios en el extremo del primer tanque para recoger continuamente el agua procedente de. dicho tanque y lleVarla al segundo tanque, y habiéndose previsto otros medios para alimentar cantidades reguladas de agua aparato con el fin de reducir del agua de trabajo y compensar pérdidas.
