UN GRANULADO, POSIBLEMENTE COMPRIMIDO A MODO DE PASTILLAS, CONTIENE AL MENOS UN ENLACE COMPLEJO, INDISOLUBLE O UN MATERIAL A PENAS DISOLUBLE EN POLVO, QUE PUEDE FIJAR O NEUTRALIZAR ACIDOS, Y QUE NO REACCIONA CON EL ACIDO DEL SISTEMA EFERVESCENTE, Y UN SISTEMA EFERVESCENTE, QUE CONSISTE EN AL MENOS UN ACIDO COMESTIBLE, ORGANICO Y AL MENOS UN CARBONATO ALCALINO O ALCALINOTERREO Y/O BICARBONATO. EL MATERIAL ACTIVO SE ENCUENTRA PRESENTE EN UNA CANTIDAD DEL 5 AL 50%, PREFERENTEMENTE DEL 8 AL 30%, Y EN PARTICULAR DEL 12 AL 25% EN PESO.
