Abstract
EL INVENTO CORRESPONDE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA ELABORAR UN DERRAMAMIENTO POR INMERSION PARA FUNDICIONES DE METAL, SOBRE TODO FUNDICIONES DE ACERO, CON UNA MEZZCLA DE SALIDA DQUE INCLUYE OXIDO DE ALUMINIO Y NITRURO DE OBRA,USANDO POR LO MENOS UN MEDIO DE FLUIDEZ,UN AGLUTINANTE, Y EVENTUALMENTE SUSTANCIAS ADICIONALES USUALES, MEDIANTE EL AMASADO DE LA MEZCLA DE SALIDA, CON LIQUIDO, FORMADO SECADO, Y EVECTUALMENTE QUEMADO DEL CUERPO DE FORMA. EL PROCEDIMEINTO SE CARACTERIZA POR: A) UNA PARTE DEL OXIDO DE ALUMINIO USADO MEDIANTE OTRAS SUSTANCIAS ADICIONALES, QUE SE INCLINAN MENOS QUE EL OXIDO DE ALUMINIO A UNA FORMACION SALIENTE. B) SE USA OXIDO DE ALUMINIO CON UN TAMAÑO DE GRANO MAXIMO DE 250 MM. EL DERRAMAMIENTO POR INMERSION FABRICADO SEGUN ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO, PRESENTA LA VENTAJA QUE PRACTICAMENTE NO TIENE UNA INCLUINACION PARA LA ADHERENCIA DE PARTICULAS OXIDANTES DE LA FUNDICION, PERO DISPONE DE UNA PERMANENCIA DE CAMBIO DE TEMPERATURA BUENA SUFICIENTE.
