PROCEDIMIENTO ANTICONTAMINANTE PARA EL LACADO AL DUCO POR MEDIO DE UNA LACA DISUELTA, EMULSIONADA O DISPERSADA EN AGUA, Y DE SECADO AL AIRE. AL PINTAR EN UNA CABINA DE LACADO (1), CON LA PARED POSTERIOR (2) ROCIADA DE AGUA, SE SEPARAN LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES DE LA CABINA POR MEDIO DE ULTRAFILTRACION (13) EN PERMEADO Y EN UN RESIDUO CONTENIENDO LACA. EL PERMEADO SE RECUPERA. SE AÑADE LA COMPUESTO PULVERIZADO FRESCO. LA LACA ES FUNDAMENTALMENTE UNA RESINA ALQUIDICA, UNA RESINA ACRILICA, UNA RESINA DE ACETATO DE POLIVINILO, UNA RESINA DE SILICONA, UN COPOLIMERO DE ELLA, UN POLIMERO MIXTO DE ELLA, O UNA MEZCLA DE ELLAS. EL COMPUESTO PULVERIZADO FRESCO CONTIENE UN COMPONENTE PARA EVITAR LA COALESCENCIA, PREFERENTEMENTE UNA O VARIAS AMINAS ALIFATICAS, CON UN PESO MOLECULAR MEDIO DE 75 A 133 O SUS MEZCLAS O DERIVADOS, Y UN COMPONENTE PARA EL RETARDO DEL SECADO. CUANDO LA LACA UTILIZADA ES EMULSIONABLE O DISPERSABLE EN AGUA, EL COMPUESTO PULVERIZADO Y/O LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES DE LA CABINA, CONTIENE PREFERENTEMENTE UN COMPONENTE PARA ESTABILIZAR LA EMULSION O LA DISPERSION RESPECTIVAMENTE. LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES DE LA CABINA CONTIENEN UN COMPONENTE PARA EL AJUSTE DEL RENDIMIENTO, PREFERENTEMENTE UN DERIVADO DEL GLICOL O DE UN ALCOHOL ALTO. EL COMPUESTO PULVERIZADO Y/O LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES DE LA CABINA PUEDEN CONTENER UN COMPONENTE BIOCIDA. LA CONDUCTIVIDAD DEL AGUA SE MANTIENE POR DEBAJO DE UN VALOR LIMITE PREFERENTEMENTE DE 10-4 U-1 CM-1, PRINCIPALMENTE POR OSMOSIS INVERTIDA. DE LAS AGUAS RESIDUALES DE LA CABINA SE ENRIQUECE LA LACA RESIDUAL, MEDIANTE LA EXTRACCION DE AGUA, HASTA QUE SU CONTENIDO EN LACA SEA SIMILAR A LA COMPOSICION DE PULVERIZADO FRESCO. EL RESIDUO ASI OBTENIDO SE VUELVE A UTILIZAR. EL ENRIQUECIMIENTO Y LA REUTILIZACION PUEDE REALIZARSE DE FORMA CONTINUA O DISCONTINUA, EN EL ULTIMO DE LOS CASOS SE ALMACENA EL RESIDUO ENRIQUECIDO.
