EL SISTEMA TIENE UNA CONSTITUCION MODULAR, DISTRIBUIDA, EN LA QUE LAS LINEAS Y ENLACES ESTAN ACFOPLADOS EN UNA PLURALIDAD DE CAMPOS. CADA CAMPO TIENE SU PROPIA VIA INTERIOR PCM A LA CUAL ESTAN CONECTADOS LOS DISPOSITIVOS. CADA CAMPO PUEDE TENER UN COMPLEMENTO DIFERENTE DE DISPOSITIVOS. LOS DISPOSITIVOS SON MODULARES E INTERCAMBIABLES. LA ESTRUCTURA REALIZA LA COMUNICACION DE SEÑALES DE CONTROL QUE CONTROLAN LA SEÑAL TELEFONICA PROCESADA A LO LARGO DE ANILLOS SEPARADOS, UNICOS EN CADA DISPOSITIVO, QUE CONECTAN TALES DISPOSITIVOS AL CONTROLADOR DE ENLACE. LOS MENSAJES DE SEÑALIZACION ESTAN COMUNICADOS ENTRE CAMPOS A LO LARGO DE LINEAS DE TIEMPO ELEGIDAS EN UNA SERIE DE LINEAS DE TIEMPO CICLICAS EN LAS VIAS ENTRE CAMPOS Y SOBRE EL DISPOSITIVO QUE CONTROLA LOS ENLACES QUE CONECTAN LOS DISPOSITIVOS A LOS CONTROLADORES DE ENLACE.
