LA PASTA REMOJADA SE CARACTERIZA POR UNA PERDIDA DE ALMIDON POR COCIDO MENOR QUE 7,0 % EN PESO APROXIMADAMENTE EN BASE AL PESO DE PASTA NO COCIDA.
