SE DETERMINA LA VERDADERA ACTIVIDAD DEL ACTIVADOR DE PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDOS, POR REACCION DE UNA FASE SOLIDA QUE TIENE UNIDO A ELLA FRAGMENTO DE ANTICUERPO IGG ACTIVADOR PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDOS, QUE TIENE AFINIDAD A OTRO PUNTO DISTINTO DEL PUNTO DE ACTIVADOR PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDOS, CON ACTIVADOR PLASMINOGENO DE TEJIDO EN UNA MUESTRA, Y LUEGO MEDIR LA ACTIVIDAD DEL PRODUCTO DE REACCION, PREFERIBLEMENTE COMO CANTIDAD DE SUSTANCIA LIBERADA DE UN SUBSTRATO PEPTIDO CROMOGENICO.
